Michail Charakidis
Dr Charakidis is a Medical Oncologist at the Royal Darwin Hospital and at the Darwin Private Hospital. He completed his Medical Oncology training in Adelaide and Sydney, where he worked at the Royal Adelaide Hospital, Queen Elizabeth Hospital and Chris O’Brien Lifehouse. His clinical area of expertise is the management of melanoma, lung cancer, gastrointestinal malignancies and genitourinary cancers. Dr Charakidis has a strong interest in clinical research; he is the chair of the trials department at the Royal Darwin Hospital and he is currently undergoing a masters of clinical trials with the University of Sydney.
