Depression and sleep disturbance after breast cancer are concerns for many women. Women with breast cancer are at greater risk of depression, with this increased risk continuing into remission. Sleeplessness can be due to depression or other factors, including hormonal therapy. The management of depression and insomnia will be discussed, including pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions.
